Dehydrated White Onion Flakes
Thin, irregular dehydrated cuts with rapid rehydration and authentic pungency
Nagwade Global Dehydrated Onion Flakes are produced from selectively harvested Indian white onion bulbs characterized by high natural total soluble solids (15-18ยฐ Brix) and robust allicin content. The raw onions undergo mechanized peeling, multi-stage sanitizing washes, continuous hot-air tunnel dehydration, multi-pass optical color sorting, and rare-earth magnetic screening. The resulting dry flakes deliver superior rehydration integrity, natural pungent aroma, and zero artificial additives.
Key Industrial Highlights:
- Rapid rehydration ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 in warm water (10-15 minutes)
- Uniform ivory white to pale cream coloration with strict dark defect control
- Steam sterilization and low-microbiological grade options available
- Zero sulfur dioxide (SO2) fumigation options available for clean-label formulation
- Available in bulk multi-wall Kraft barrier bags (20kg / 25kg) and FIBC big bags
