Product Overview
Cultivated and cured from selected rhizomes of the *Curcuma longa* plant in premier growing regions of Maharashtra and southern India. Rhizomes are cleaned, boiled in controlled vessels, sun-dried, and mechanically polished to remove outer skins and rootlets. Available as whole hard fingers for spice millers or finely pulverised powder with verified curcumin percentages.
